Plus learn the internal alchemical aspects of Primordial Qigong (a.k.a. Tai Chi for Enlightenment), an 800 year old lineage form created by the Wudang master Chang Sang Feng. We take the internal practice of the form to a new level. We also incorporate the powerful new practices of "Advanced Lesser Kan & Li" into this formula. This stabilizes the solidity of the "innesage" or True Self that is alchemically growing within each of us.
